Zippo 150 Black Ice PVD Lighter
The Zippo 150 features a plain regular case with the cool, translucent appearance of the classic Black Ice finish.
Its highly reflective surface is created through PVD coating rather than black dye. Depending on the brightness and viewing angle, the case can shift from a deep smoky black to a lighter silver-gray tone. This changing appearance gives the minimalist design its distinctive depth.
The PVD coating also provides high surface hardness and improved resistance to scratches and everyday wear. This lighter is made in the USA.

Black Ice PVD Finish
PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition, a process used to create a thin, hard coating on the lighter’s surface.
Because the black appearance is produced without conventional dye, the finish retains a transparent, metallic quality. It may appear pale gray or almost silver when viewed under strong lighting. This is a characteristic of the Black Ice finish rather than a color defect.
Although the PVD coating offers enhanced surface durability, it is not completely scratch-proof and may gradually show signs of handling and use.
Fuel and Maintenance
This lighter is shipped without fuel. Zippo lighter fuel must be purchased separately after delivery.
Use appropriate lighter fuel and compatible replacement flints and wicks. Wipe the surface gently with a clean, soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, polishing compounds, and strong chemicals that may damage the PVD coating.
Important Notice
Keep away from children and pets. Confirm that the flame is fully extinguished after use.
