DOUGLASS Field S Plus Black Leather Oil Lighter
The DOUGLASS Field S Plus combines precision Japanese engineering with a black leather exterior.
Beneath the leather covering is a lightweight and durable duralumin body. Its slim vertical shape houses a removable brass fuel tank, spare fuel storage, and a compartment for carrying a replacement flint.
Designed for use in outdoor environments, the Field S Plus features an everyday water-resistant mechanism and an integrated windscreen surrounding the wick. Its tightly fitted construction also helps reduce the natural evaporation of lighter fluid during storage.

Flint Compatibility
The Field S Plus accepts replacement flints measuring up to approximately 3 mm in diameter.
Compatible options include DOUGLASS and MARVELOUS flints measuring approximately 2.9 mm, as well as commonly available Zippo-style flints measuring approximately 2.3 mm.
Removable Tank and Spare Storage
The main fuel tank can be removed from the body for refilling and maintenance. The lower section also provides storage for spare fuel and a replacement flint, allowing essential supplies to be carried inside the lighter.
Fuel and Maintenance
This lighter is shipped without fuel. Use commercially available lighter fluid intended for refillable wick-type oil lighters.
When reinstalling the fuel tank after refilling:
- Attach and tighten the spare fuel tank or bottom cap to the main fuel tank.
- Insert the assembled fuel tank into the lighter body and tighten it securely.
Attaching the bottom cap after inserting the main tank may prevent the assembly from seating correctly and can leave the ignition lever raised.
Leather Care
Wipe the leather gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking the lighter, prolonged exposure to moisture, abrasive cleaners, and strong chemicals.
The internal mechanism is designed for everyday water resistance, but the leather exterior is not waterproof. Natural variations and gradual changes in color or texture may occur through handling and use.
Important Notice
Keep away from children and pets. Confirm that the flame is fully extinguished after use. Replacement flints and the DOUGLASS Field S maintenance kit are sold separately.
