SHIPPING COURIER

The shipping couriers that provide service to us is FedEx,UPS, and DHL .
Once you have received the tracking number for your order,
you can track the parcel using the link included in the shipping confirmation email.

SHIPPING FEE

International shipping is a flat rate of $30.
Orders of $200 or more qualify for free shipping.

Handling time

Handling time is 4 to 7 business days depending on the model. Some items ship within 1-3 days after the order has been placed. Please look on the product page description for more information. Please note that order placed on weekend or Japanese National holidays will be handled on the next earliest business day.

Customs Duties

Packages shipped from our store to destinations outside Japan may undergo customs inspections in the receiving country, and taxes may be imposed based on the policies of that country.
Our product prices do not include customs duties, and we cannot be held responsible for any duties that may arise.
To comply with customs regulations, we do not undervalue invoices or packages.
