Shipping & Tracking
We mainly ship with FedEx. Depending on the destination, product, and delivery area, Japan Post or a fulfillment service may be used. All orders include tracking; the tracking details are sent after dispatch.
Shipping Fees & Exceptions
Shipping is free to most eligible destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and many European and Asian destinations.
A shipping surcharge of JPY 6,000 applies to the following destinations:
- Entire country or territory: India, Vietnam, Samoa, New Caledonia, Norfolk Island, Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Timor-Leste, and Barbados.
- Australia: Northern Territory only.
- New Zealand: Southland, Tasman, and West Coast only.
These are specific shipping zones; not every island or remote area has a surcharge. The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout in your checkout currency. Currency conversion may affect the displayed amount.
Shipping charges are separate from import duties and taxes. Free shipping does not mean that duties and taxes are included in the product price.
Delivery is available only to destinations supported by our shipping services. If your destination is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before ordering.
Processing & Delivery Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Special-order and pre-order items may require additional processing time; please check the product page for availability and dispatch information.
For international orders, the transit estimate is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Processing time before dispatch and transit time after dispatch are separate.
The estimated arrival date shown at checkout includes processing and transit time. Some orders may arrive sooner; special-order items and delivery delays may require additional time.
Business days exclude weekends and Japanese national holidays. Customs inspections, weather, holidays, and local delivery conditions may cause delays. If dispatch is expected to take longer than usual, we will contact you.
Import Duties & Taxes
Free shipping applies to transportation charges only. Product prices do not include import duties, taxes, VAT, or related import charges unless stated otherwise at checkout.
United States & European Union
We use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping when available. Applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout in addition to the product price. Charges prepaid at checkout should not be collected again on delivery.
For DDP orders, if the actual customs charge exceeds the amount already collected at checkout, we cover the additional customs charge. If you are asked to pay an import charge that was already prepaid, please contact us with the carrier's notice.
Other Destinations
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, orders are generally shipped under DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. The customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and related local charges billed on arrival.
We do not undervalue invoices or packages. Please review your destination's import requirements before ordering if you are unsure about possible charges.
