SHIPPING COURIER

The shipping couriers that provide service to us is FedEx,UPS, and DHL .
Once you have received the tracking number for your order,
you can track the parcel using the link included in the shipping confirmation email.

SHIPPING FEE

Free worldwide shipping.

United States (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)
For orders shipped to the United States, customs duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, in addition to the product price.
Since these fees are prepaid, you will not receive any additional bills from customs or carriers upon delivery.
We handle all customs clearance procedures to ensure a smooth delivery.

European Union (DAP – Delivered at Place)
For orders shipped to EU countries, customs duties and import taxes are not included in the checkout price.
These fees will be charged by your local customs office or carrier upon delivery, in accordance with local regulations.
Please note that customers are responsible for paying these charges.

Other Countries
For destinations outside the United States and the EU, duties and taxes may vary depending on local laws.
Unless otherwise specified at checkout, orders are generally shipped under DAP terms (import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer).

HANDLING TIME

Handling time is 4 to 7 business days depending on the model. Some items ship within 1-3 days after the order has been placed. Please look on the product page description for more information. Please note that order placed on weekend or Japanese National holidays will be handled on the next earliest business day.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

Packages shipped from our store to destinations outside Japan may undergo customs inspections in the receiving country, and taxes may be imposed based on the policies of that country.
