REFUND POLICY
● Upon receiving the product, please carefully inspect it to determine whether there are any defects and if it matches the content of your order. If you encounter any issues, kindly contact us.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@shimanoya.co.jp within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
● For customers outside the EU: Returns or exchanges for personal reasons after delivery are not accepted.
● Exchange Policy: All products undergo rigorous quality inspection before shipment. If the product arrives with natural damage, defects, or is incorrect, we will facilitate an exchange. Kindly reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product if an exchange is deemed necessary. Upon verifying your order details, we will arrange for a replacement product.
● Refund Process: For credit card refunds, the reimbursement will be based on the statement amount. PayPal refunds will be processed after deducting transaction fees.
● Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances (non-EU customers):
- If more than 7 days have passed since the product's shipment date, unless there is a compelling reason.
- When the product has been used, regardless of frequency or duration of use.
- If the product is defaced or broken.
